Gill Meller is a chef, award-winning author and food writer. Gill teaches at the River Cottage cookery school near his hometown of Lyme Regis on the south coast of England. Gill has a regular recipe feature in delicious magazine and his cookbook Gather won the Fortnum and Mason debut food book of the year.
