Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch presents LIVE FIRE Guest Chef Howard Hanna of The Rieger with special guests Alice Waters, Heritage Foods and Paradise Locker Meats.
Gather around the Farmstead fire pit with Chef Howard Hanna from The Rieger in Kansas City, MO and Lou Fantasma of Paradise Locker Meats, as they work alongside our executive Chef Stephen Barber and our entire culinary team, celebrating meat raised the right way, from breeds that predate factory farming. Also in attendance will be team Heritage Foods, who The New York Times called “the company at the forefront of the nonindustrial meat movement,“ and Alice Waters, gastronomic titan and founder of Chez Panisse in Berkeley. The family-style feast will be served right from the flames alongside the award-winning Long Meadow Ranch wines. Learn from the master as Lou Fantasma conducts a live demonstration of an animal breakdown. This series benefits the TIMOTHY W. HALL FOUNDATION.
