On Friday 11 October chef Rudolf Brand from Circl Restaurant will join forces with guest chef Joris Bijdendijk(RIJKS) for the second edition of the annual Goatober dinner.The chefs join forces with a common mission: to give goatmeat a definitive place on the Dutch plate.
